Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Miguel Dikaté kicked off to start the match. Toni Boal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Toni Boal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Carlos Rebello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Barnetby Le Wold fans' excitement grew in the 15th match minute when Barnetby Le Wold's Miguel Dikaté looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Miguel Dikaté recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Afonso Dos Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Carlos Rebello, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Morpeth booed when Barnetby Le Wold was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogério Montoia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Custódio Matta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Dos Santos having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Toni Boal put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Edmundo Sá. Miguel Dikaté struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Edmundo Sá didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barnetby Le Wold. 34 minutes into the match, Miguel Dikaté notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Morpeth's Edmundo Sá. Edmundo Sá was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edmundo Sá took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toni Boal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, Morpeth's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Dikaté came free, but Edmundo Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 played minutes Morpeth got a freekick which was hit by Flavio Akwa. After the first half Barnetby Le Wold were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Toni Boal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmundo Sá having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Morpeth's Flavio Akwa got a free kick in the 60th minute. Barnetby Le Wold's Nuno Vila-Santa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 61st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Morpeth. If Miguel Dikaté had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edmundo Sá made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Toni Boal sent off a good shot on target. Edmundo Sá made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Dikaté in the 70th minute of play. João Carlos Rebello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Afonso Dos Santos having to interfere. Pompílio Areosa hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the game, Miguel Dikaté recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Edmundo Sá. Miguel Dikaté showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Toni Boal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Edmundo Sá tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Morpeth's goalkeeper Edmundo Sá, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Emílio Lentilha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 90 minutes, João Carlos Rebello made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Barnetby Le Wold's Afonso Dos Santos tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 98th minute by Toni Boal got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Barnetby Le Wold's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
