Balduíno Areosa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Evandro Mulenza FC booed when Morpeth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balduíno Areosa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the game, Custódio Matta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Custódio Rochedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 95 minutes into the match, Morpeth's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Caneças came free, but Edmundo Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evandro Mulenza FC's Zé Bastos got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Evandro Mulenza FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
