After a rather tough play, Nantwich AFC's Emirares Mantorras got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Rodrigo Ramos successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Emirares Mantorras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Vítor Rochedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Nantwich AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Cunha came free, but Tiago Guedes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Heitor Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tiago Guedes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heitor Mendes in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Emirares Mantorras made a precise shot to the right of Rodrigo Ramos. FUEGO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After 46 minutes, Nuno Canales mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nantwich AFC and the FUEGO FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th minute Evaristo Maurito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tiago Guedes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vítor Rochedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
