Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hortêncio Dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alda Almeida having to interfere. Magno Simões came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by CF Valentes's Vítor Sá. But to his dismay, Vítor Sá quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The supporters of Hurst Green booed when CF Valentes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Curvelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute Evaristo Zamora shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magno Simões saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Evaristo Zamora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Curvelo kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Alda Almeida made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Hortêncio Dos Santos sent off a good shot on target. When Hurst Green's Ivó Akwa in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CF Valentes's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to CF Valentes getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Evaristo Zamora hit a great ball. Alda Almeida stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivó Akwa's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Evaristo Zamora received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Magno Simões tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vítor Sá sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivó Akwa to strike the kick off in the second half. Magno Simões was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Vítor Sá capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vítor Sá really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Alda Almeida stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ivó Akwa's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Sá got free with Magno Simões in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 72nd minute, Rodrigo Meneses hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the game, Saúl Tremura was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hurst Green's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CF Valentes the free kick. After 75 played minutes Hurst Green got a freekick which was hit by Saúl Tremura. Evaristo Zamora received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Magno Simões came out and tried to block the shot, but Evaristo Zamora slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 81st minute. If Vítor Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivó Pereira struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Magno Simões didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CF Valentes. Ivó Pereira hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When the match was over CF Valentes could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hurst Green throughout the match.
