After 34 minutes of play, Wells FC's Feliks Ryback made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivó Montinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ivó Montinho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliks Ryback's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Nito Dos Santos made the kick off in the second half. Damaso Aznaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The destroyers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wells FC the free kick. If Gregório Dikaté had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregório Dikaté in the 99th minute of play forced Wells FC's goalkeeper Tiago Boal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The destroyers were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Wells FC for a fine match.
