With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tiago Bouça in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ivó Montinho saved The destroyers from getting behind. If Gregório Dikaté had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the last second Ivó Montinho throw himself and got hold of the ball when Tiago Bouça in the 9thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Teodoro Jacaré hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Tiago Bouças short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Ivó Montinho to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ivó Montinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Bouça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teta Amado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nito Dos Santos in the 18th minute of the match. Nito Dos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Teta Amado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But to his dismay, Miguel Caneças quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gregório Dikaté struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Teta Amado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The destroyers. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Nito Dos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. The destroyers's supporters rose to their feet, but Nito Dos Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teta Amado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alda Manarte hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Nito Dos Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregório Dikaté got free with Teta Amado in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
