Spectators: 9179 (Terracing: 6886, Seating: 2111, VIP seats: 182) Hortêncio Quilempan started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Abbey Wood's goalkeeper Edgar Jacinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Mantorras. In the 9th minute Heitor Mantorras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Zamora saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the game, Heitor Mantorras cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Edgar Zamora was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Heitor Mantorras in the 15th minute of play forced Os Intocaveis's goalkeeper Edgar Zamora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Paulo Mantorras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Miguel Pereira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edgar Zamora. Os Intocaveis's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Paulo Mantorras's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Edgar Jacinto firmly grabbed it by the left post. 29 minutes into the match, Abbey Wood's goalkeeper Edgar Jacinto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Mantorras. Abbey Wood's Heitor Mantorras got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the game, Ivó Bastos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Abbey Wood's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Os Intocaveis the free kick. After 37 played minutes Abbey Wood got a freekick which was hit by Ivó Bastos. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Heitor Mantorras in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Zamora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in Abbey Wood's zone, Paulo Mantorras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edgar Jacinto came out of the goal and Paulo Mantorras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Mantorras in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edgar Jacinto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edgar Jacinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hortêncio Quilempan, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Edgar Zamora showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heitor Mantorras, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After a rather tough play, Os Intocaveis's Paulo Da Costa got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute of the match Paulo Sampaio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Edgar Zamora showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Heitor Mantorras fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Zamora having to interfere. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Os Intocaveis's goalkeeper Edgar Zamora, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Paulo Mantorras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Edgar Jacinto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Felíx Valies recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute, Pompílio Serineu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, Heitor Mantorras dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Edgar Zamora, 0-2. After a rather tough play, Abbey Wood's Heitor Mantorras got a free kick in the 88th minute. Edgar Zamora made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felíx Valies in the 90th minute. Paulo Mantorras took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edgar Jacinto. Edgar Jacinto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. When the match was over Abbey Wood could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Os Intocaveis throughout the match.
