Iustinian Sabău came out of the goal and Osasun Palomino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darso Halim in the 17th minute of play forced Petro Atlético's goalkeeper Daniel Gavin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 24 minutes into the match, Urutu F.C.'s goalkeeper Iustinian Sabău had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Osasun Palomino. 24 minutes into the match, Osasun Palomino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Iustinian Sabău. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osasun Palomino got free with Iustinian Sabău in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44th match minute, Urutu F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viveque Savimbi to maneuver through the defense. If Osasun Palomino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Osasun Palomino made a kick off. After some careless play in the Urutu F.C. defense, Szczepan Joks kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Iustinian Sabău. The Urutu F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Iustinian Sabău should have stopped the shot. Daniel Gavin was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Custódio Lima Clemente capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Custódio Lima Clemente really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. In the 59th match minute, Urutu F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Viveque Savimbi to maneuver through the defense.
