Spectators: 6855 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1855, VIP seats: 0) Themba Bartlett started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Charles Patel came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Welgevonden's Stanton Magakula. But to his dismay, Stanton Magakula quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of Welgevonden booed when Mcambalala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silas Nhlapo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charles Patel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Themba Bartlett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the game, Mathibela Mbule was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mcambalala's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Welgevonden the free kick. The supporters of Welgevonden booed when Mcambalala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mathibela Mbule didn't get a good kick on the ball. Charles Patel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Themba Bartlett in the 17th minute of the match. Welgevonden's Boyisani Collins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rob Sephiri in the 24th minute of play. Stanton Magakula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boyisani Collins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Mkhize in the 29th minute of the match. Themba Bartlett received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Charles Patel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry Mkhize recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Welgevonden's goal looked a bit too open when Henry Mkhize came free, but Boyisani Collins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Mcambalala's Charles Patel got control of the ball when Stanton Magakula tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mcambalala's Charles Patel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themba Bartlett in the 47th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Henry Mkhize made a kick off. Charles Patel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Themba Bartlett in the 54th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, Mcambalala's goal looked a bit too open when Themba Bartlett came free, but Charles Patel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the game, Welgevonden's Stanton Magakula nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Charles Patel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Rob Sephiri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69 minutes, Henry Mkhize made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Welgevonden's Boyisani Collins tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 72nd minute, Sam Strauss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Welgevonden's Madolo Kekana tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 75 minutes into the match, Welgevonden's Themba Bartlett sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charles Patel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Stanton Magakula managed to get in a good position for a shot. Welgevonden's supporters rose to their feet, but Stanton Magakula was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Charles Patel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Charles Patel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Themba Bartlett in the 78th minute of play. Mcambalala's Charles Patel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanton Magakula in the 91st minute of play. Boyisani Collins showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Mkhize, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Henry Mkhize managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mcambalala's supporters rose to their feet, but Henry Mkhize was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boyisani Collins breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Welgevonden's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
