Spectators: 6857 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1857, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ebrahim Nunes made the kick off which started today's match. David Vanker kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Hoadley Ntsume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ebrahim Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrick Mokatimi took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hoadley Ntsume. Hoadley Ntsume dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Dumisane King came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Inanda's Legako Modise. But to his dismay, Legako Modise quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 20th minute, Poortjie's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Legako Modise fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Hoadley Ntsume took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Mokatimi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 27 minutes into the match, Inanda's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Mokatimi came free, but Hoadley Ntsume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bradley Tembe took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hoadley Ntsume. Hoadley Ntsume dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Mokatimi in the 34th minute of play forced Inanda's goalkeeper Hoadley Ntsume to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the game, Poortjie's Bradley Tembe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hoadley Ntsume made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. Patrick Mokatimi struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Hoadley Ntsume didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Poortjie. A collision led to Inanda getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Thabile Qabi hit a great ball. Hoadley Ntsume showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ebrahim Nunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Jafta Manyethela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute of the match Sibongile Mhlathe sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hoadley Ntsume skillfully saved the ball. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

63 minutes into the match, Inanda's goal looked a bit too open when Ebrahim Nunes came free, but Hoadley Ntsume reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 2-4 became the score in the 66th minute when Ebrahim Nunes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Poortjie getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. David Vanker hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Legako Modise managed to get in a good position for a shot. Inanda's supporters rose to their feet, but Legako Modise was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dumisane King breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Legako Modise received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Dumisane King tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When David Vanker fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poortjie's protests and gave David Vanker a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Poortjie getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. David Vanker hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Poortjie's zone, Simamane Radebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dumisane King came out of the goal and Simamane Radebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sibongile Mhlathe hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. 91 minutes in the game, Patrick Mokatimi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Hoadley Ntsume having to interfere. If Patrick Mokatimi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, Ebrahim Nunes fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Hoadley Ntsume, passed just outside the right post. The Poortjie supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Poortjie would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
