Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Rob Wanani kicked off to start the match. After 7 played minutes FC Sixhotyeni got a freekick which was hit by Ricky Okpara. A hard shot by Sibongile Makweni from long distance, 7 minutes into the match, got Nkosi Shoba's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Bradley Kanku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edries Kanku fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nkosi Shoba having to interfere. Edries Kanku received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Nkosi Shoba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nkosi Shoba was a little too slow when Edries Kanku got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 1-0. A collision led to Victory Beasts getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Gordon Tshabalala hit a great ball. Edries Kanku was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 39th minute. Victory Beasts's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Edries Kanku recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rob Wanani took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Papi Mkhonza. Papi Mkhonza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bradley Kanku stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nkosi Shoba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bradley Kanku in the 51st minute of the match. In the 54thth minute of the game Bradley Kanku who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Sixhotyeni's Nkosi Shoba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bradley Kanku sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rob Wanani charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rob Wanani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rob Wanani hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Nkosi Shoba came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Victory Beasts's Bradley Kanku. But to his dismay, Bradley Kanku quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Nkosi Shoba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bradley Kanku, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 70th minute, Ricky Okpara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 79th minute Edries Kanku shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nkosi Shoba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Maxwell Ntsume fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Sixhotyeni's protests and gave Maxwell Ntsume a yellow card for diving instead. In the 80th minute, Maxwell Ntsume hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nkosi Shoba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edries Kanku in the 88th minute of the match. Nkosi Shoba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edries Kanku, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricky Okpara during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 88th minute, Ricky Okpara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nkosi Shoba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edries Kanku, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Sixhotyeni's goalkeeper Nkosi Shoba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, Victory Beasts's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Thebe came free, but Papi Mkhonza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victory Beasts walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
