Nick Tau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wycliffe Klaasens having to interfere. Vuyo Qabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boyisani Okpara in the 26th minute of play. Phillip Sono blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wycliffe Klaasens having to make a save. Nick Tau succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 29th playminute. Wycliffe Klaasens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Phillip Sono, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Ivan Tembe hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Darren Mabele, 35 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The shot was stopped by Vuyo Qabi but with some difficulty. Bongi Tshabalala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vuyo Qabi having to interfere. Phillip Sono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wycliffe Klaasens having to interfere. Dindini's Wycliffe Klaasens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Phillip Sono in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Maraheki's Nick Tau sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Wycliffe Klaasens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bongi Tshabalala in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vuyo Qabi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute of the match, Anton Madiba got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vuyo Qabi was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Phillip Sono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 93 minutes into the match, Maraheki's goalkeeper Vuyo Qabi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anton Madiba. 94 minutes in the game, Bongi Tshabalala fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vuyo Qabi having to interfere. There was no doubt that Maraheki were the better team. Maraheki's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
