Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Thami Klaasens started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After 6 played minutes Buffelshoek got a freekick which was hit by Maluleke Shongwe. In the 7th minute, Maluleke Phakathi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Buffelshoek's Tomas Tembe didn't even have to move. Thami Klaasens blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tomas Tembe having to make a save. In the 11th match minute, Buffelshoek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Sewele to maneuver through the defense. Elias Tshabalala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomas Tembe having to interfere. Buffelshoek's Tomas Tembe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thami Klaasens in the 14th minute of play. Enock King made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albert Mandla in the 18th minute of play. Middeldal's Enock King played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Mandla in the 19th minute of play. Buffelshoek's Tomas Tembe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thami Klaasens in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Middeldal's goalkeeper Enock King, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 26th minute Rafael Mokhasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enock King saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Middeldal's Thami Klaasens slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tomas Tembe. That made the score 1-0 after 28 minutes of play. Mando Cassim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, Buffelshoek's goal looked a bit too open when Thami Klaasens came free, but Tomas Tembe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thami Klaasens struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Tomas Tembe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Middeldal. A hard shot 45 in the game by Elias Tshabalala from a close distance when the talented Tomas Tembe managed to make a qualified save. Buffelshoek's players were relieved. Elias Tshabalala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rafael Mokhasi to make the kick off. Mpenza Collins's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomas Tembe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Middeldal's Elias Tshabalala got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Thami Klaasens notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Buffelshoek's Tomas Tembe. Tomas Tembe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tomas Tembe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thami Klaasens in the 63rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thami Klaasens in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tomas Tembe saved Buffelshoek from getting behind. If Rafael Mokhasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 77 minutes of play, Middeldal's Thami Klaasens made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomas Tembe was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Thami Klaasens's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomas Tembe was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. After some careless play in the Buffelshoek defense, Thami Klaasens kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomas Tembe. The Buffelshoek fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomas Tembe should have stopped the shot. Middeldal's Elias Tshabalala got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Elias Tshabalala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tomas Tembe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thami Klaasens's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. 5-1 became the score in the 97th minute when Rafael Mokhasi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Middeldal's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
