Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the game, Rafael Liau was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blaton FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sebayeng the free kick. Rafael Liau kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Sebayeng's Alpheus Mothobi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Brandon Mufadis short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Siyabonge Mbheki to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hoadley Wanani in the 16th minute of play forced Sebayeng's goalkeeper Michael King to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hanile Mkhize sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 25 minutes into the match, Blaton FC's goalkeeper Siyabonge Mbheki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brandon Mufadi. When Sebayeng's Brandon Mufadi in the 26th minute got a chance for a shot 26th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Madolo Mandela to make the kick off. In the 61st minute Madolo Mandela shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Siyabonge Mbheki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Madolo Mandela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sebayeng's supporters rose to their feet, but Madolo Mandela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Siyabonge Mbheki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Brandon Mufadi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 68 minutes into the match, Blaton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Madolo Mandela came free, but Siyabonge Mbheki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Liau kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Brandon Mufadi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Madolo Mandela's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Siyabonge Mbheki was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Brandon Mufadi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Siyabonge Mbheki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Madolo Mandela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th match minute, Blaton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Liau to maneuver through the defense. Madolo Mandela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Siyabonge Mbheki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Sebayeng booed when Blaton FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jabu Mabele didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 98th minute, Madolo Mandela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sebayeng fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Sebayeng were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Blaton FC for a fine match.
