Spectators: 7980 (Terracing: 6000, Seating: 1900, VIP seats: 80) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lesego Sewele got the match started through his kick off. 7 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS's goal looked a bit too open when Sanjay Etafia came free, but Milton Mafuna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Milton Mafuna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sanjay Etafia's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 16th minute, Francis Arendse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sanjay Etafia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 21 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS's goal looked a bit too open when Francis Arendse came free, but Milton Mafuna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Sanjay Etafia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Milton Mafuna was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th match minute, Ramokabati was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Themba Ntsume to maneuver through the defense. If Francis Arendse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, JUVENTUS's Thabile Setlaba got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After having played for 34 minutes, Sanjay Etafia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ramokabati's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sanjay Etafia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute Sanjay Etafia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Milton Mafuna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francis Arendse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 48 minutes of play, JUVENTUS's Kingston Melele made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aubrey Mncube was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sanjay Etafia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aubrey Mncube made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lesego Sewele in the 54th minute of play. Francis Arendse who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Milton Mafuna when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Francis Arendse in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Milton Mafuna, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Milton Mafuna made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Francis Arendse sent off a good shot on target. Milton Mafuna came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ramokabati's Francis Arendse. But to his dismay, Francis Arendse quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After 68 played minutes Ramokabati got a freekick which was hit by Godfrey Miti. Patrick Macheke, 69 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Aubrey Mncube stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lesego Sewele's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Francis Arendse struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Milton Mafuna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ramokabati. Francis Arendse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milton Mafuna having to interfere. Milton Mafuna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sanjay Etafia in the 81st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ramokabati's Francis Arendse got a free kick in the 84th minute. 90 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS's goalkeeper Milton Mafuna had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francis Arendse. If Sanjay Etafia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 97 minutes into the game, Ramokabati's Francis Arendse nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Milton Mafuna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5.
