Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bloemspruit's Kenny Mbheki started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thami Bandura made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Dumisane Cassim sent off a good shot on target. In the 9th match minute, FC Ntontsasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrice Mncube to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kenny Mbheki in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Thami Bandura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dumisane Cassim who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Thami Bandura when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 17th minute Kenny Mbheki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thami Bandura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kenny Mbheki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FC Ntontsasa getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Lindo Laher hit a great ball. Dumisane Cassim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Thami Bandura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Justice Collins got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dumisane Cassim succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 30th playminute. In the 34thth minute of the game Kenny Mbheki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Ntontsasa's Thami Bandura was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Kenny Mbheki came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Bloemspruit fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kenny Mbheki couldn't finish the play. If Kenny Mbheki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute Kenny Mbheki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thami Bandura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in FC Ntontsasa's zone, Dumisane Cassim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thami Bandura came out of the goal and Dumisane Cassim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FC Ntontsasa getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Musa Sewele hit a great ball. Dumisane Cassim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenny Mbheki in the 62nd minute of play forced FC Ntontsasa's goalkeeper Thami Bandura to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thami Bandura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kenny Mbheki in the 64th minute of play. Dumisane Cassim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thami Bandura having to interfere. After 70 minutes of play, Bloemspruit's Kenny Mbheki made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thami Bandura was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thami Bandura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dumisane Cassim in the 73rd minute of the match. If Kenny Mbheki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Patrice Mncube fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Ntontsasa's protests and gave Patrice Mncube a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Patrice Mncube hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thami Bandura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenny Mbheki, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Dumisane Cassim managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bloemspruit's supporters rose to their feet, but Dumisane Cassim was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thami Bandura breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Kenny Mbheki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kenny Mbheki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thami Bandura having to interfere. Dumisane Cassim might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Thami Bandura. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dumisane Cassim ran back to his position shaking his head. Bloemspruit walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
