The supporters of Soutpomp AFC booed when FC Magogeni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rabelani King didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Maseti Mncube was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Oliver Tshabalala. Jeff Madiya charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jeff Madiya the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
