Raymond Kubheka might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alpheus Takane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Raymond Kubheka ran back to his position shaking his head. After some careless play in the FC KuLombombo defense, Elias Komani kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sipho Thompson. The FC KuLombombo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sipho Thompson should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute, Elias Komani got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Kift boys f.c booed when FC KuLombombo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tebogo Komani didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Raymond Kubheka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 66 minutes, Mpho Mkhonza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC KuLombombo and the Kift boys f.c players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC KuLombombo's Mpho Mkhonza got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Elias Komani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raymond Kubheka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alpheus Takane having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raymond Kubheka in the 83rd minute of play forced Kift boys f.c's goalkeeper Alpheus Takane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Musa Modipa came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the FC KuLombombo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Musa Modipa couldn't finish the play. In the 91st match minute, FC KuLombombo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mpho Mkhonza to maneuver through the defense. After 92 minutes, Tebogo Komani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC KuLombombo and the Kift boys f.c players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC KuLombombo getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Tebogo Komani hit a great ball. Kift boys f.c's Albert Bartlett couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC KuLombombo. Despite being the better team, FC KuLombombo failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
