Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francis Liau in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Terence Madiya prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eiffel's Terence Madiya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francis Liau in the 22nd minute of play. Patrice Qabi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Francis Liau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jikolo Radebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Eiffel's Rob Serage slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Merlin Taine. That made the score 1-2 after 37 minutes of play. Patrice Qabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Merlin Taine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The wind increased when Francis Liau made the kick off in the second half. Merlin Taine showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrice Qabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Terence Madiya, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 97 minutes into the match, Eiffel's Rob Serage sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Merlin Taine narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Kruisvallei's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
