Spectators: 10125 (Terracing: 7650, Seating: 2300, VIP seats: 175) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ricky Maduna started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Pink saints got a freekick which was hit by Lindo Mokatimi. Jomo Phakathi came free with the goalkeeper in the 3rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Henry Kolwa could save by the left post. Henry Kolwa was out of position in the 9 minute of play, and Thabile Nauseb capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Thabile Nauseb really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Henry Kolwa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jomo Phakathi in the 12th minute. Sibongile Edwards charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sibongile Edwards the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gqeberha All Stars booed when Pink saints was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sibongile Edwards didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Élie Berruyer in the 18th minute really tested Henry Kolwa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pink saints's goalkeeper Henry Kolwa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lucas Maduna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lucas Maduna struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Henry Kolwa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gqeberha All Stars. Jomo Phakathi scored 3-0 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Henry Kolwa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30th minute Bomikaze Mufumadi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Promise Lekgwathi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 40 played minutes Pink saints got a freekick which was hit by Ricky Maduna. After 41 minutes of play, Gqeberha All Stars's Jomo Phakathi made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henry Kolwa was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thabile Nauseb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Henry Kolwa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jomo Phakathi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Henry Kolwa made a huge save. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Jomo Phakathi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pink saints's Henry Kolwa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thabile Nauseb's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henry Kolwa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. When Gqeberha All Stars's Jomo Phakathi in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pink saints's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the Pink saints defense, Jomo Phakathi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Henry Kolwa. The Pink saints fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Henry Kolwa should have stopped the shot. Henry Kolwa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jomo Phakathi's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. 65 minutes into the match, Jomo Phakathi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Henry Kolwa. Pink saints's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jomo Phakathi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. In the 68th minute, Thabile Nauseb ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Henry Kolwa was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. 71 minutes into the match, Pink saints's goal looked a bit too open when Thabile Nauseb came free, but Henry Kolwa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 minutes, Jomo Phakathi made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Pink saints's Henry Kolwa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee felt a red card was in order, 78 minutes into the game, when Jakob Cassim put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 78th minute of the game. One of Pink saints:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gqeberha All Stars:s goal. In the 80th minute there was a penalty for Gqeberha All Stars. Boyisana Machete stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Henry Kolwa. 9-0. 10-0 became the score in the 84th minute when Jomo Phakathi elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Lucas Maduna took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henry Kolwa. Henry Kolwa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 11-0. Pink saints's Henry Kolwa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jomo Phakathi in the 90th minute of play. Lindo Mokatimi's late challenge caught a Gqeberha All Stars's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lindo Mokatimi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd match minute, Pink saints was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lindo Mokatimi to maneuver through the defense. Jomo Phakathi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 99thth minute of the game Jomo Phakathi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pink saints's Henry Kolwa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the referee ended the match the Gqeberha All Stars players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
