Spectators: 6814 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1814, VIP seats: 0) Maroš Fekiač who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Zdeno Tuka when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Marián Toman kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Dubodiel FK's Miroslav Vrťo tried to score from far away in the 14th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 16th minute of the match, Róbert Mrázko tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zdeno Tuka saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Maroš Fekiač scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zdeno Tuka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Filip Kajcer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Dušan Beno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stanislav Hanek might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dušan Beno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stanislav Hanek ran back to his position shaking his head. 28 minutes into the match, Stanislav Hanek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dušan Beno. Dubodiel FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stanislav Hanek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. If Stanislav Hanek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jalovec FC's Daniel Hrádek got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Stanislav Hanek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Stanislav Hanek made the kick off in the second half. Zdeno Tuka didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maroš Fekiač went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Jalovec FC defense, Róbert Mrázko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zdeno Tuka. The Jalovec FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zdeno Tuka should have stopped the shot. Daniel Hrádek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute, Dubodiel FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Hrádek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A collision led to Dubodiel FK getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Ján Ondruš hit a great ball. Štefan Čajda, 71 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Zdeno Tuka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Mrázko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 80th minute, Róbert Mrázko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zdeno Tuka was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. If Daniel Hrádek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Jalovec FC's zone, Róbert Mrázko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdeno Tuka came out of the goal and Róbert Mrázko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 88 played minutes Jalovec FC got a freekick which was hit by Marián Toman. After a defensive mix-up in Jalovec FC's zone, Róbert Mrázko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zdeno Tuka came out of the goal and Róbert Mrázko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Daniel Hrádek came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Jalovec FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Hrádek couldn't finish the play. Many of Jalovec FC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Jalovec FC may have spent more time on the ball, but Dubodiel FK were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
