Podbiel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miezgovce FC the free kick. Róbert Slimák kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Samo Szabó took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Žigmund Kuzma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Maros Ňahaj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Martin Pomajbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Fedorík, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Tibor Filo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Žigmund Kuzma charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Žigmund Kuzma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Žigmund Kuzma hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. If Matúš Súľovský had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Miezgovce FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Andrej Fándly hit a great ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 16th minute of the game. One of Miezgovce FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Podbiel:s goal. Martin Pomajbo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Fedorík, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maros Ňahaj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samo Szabó having to interfere. In the 34th minute Žigmund Kuzma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samo Szabó saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Simon Fedorík had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maros Ňahaj in the 40th minute of play forced Podbiel's goalkeeper Samo Szabó to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Maros Ňahaj came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Miezgovce FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maros Ňahaj couldn't finish the play. Samo Szabó showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maros Ňahaj, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 47th minute, Simon Fedorík reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Martin Pomajbo. The goal made the score 3-0.

The wind increased when Žigmund Kuzma made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute, Miezgovce FC's Žigmund Kuzma dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Podbiel's goalkeeper Samo Szabó, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Róbert Slimák kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. The supporters of Miezgovce FC booed when Podbiel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tibor Timko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maros Ňahaj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Samo Szabó tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Podbiel's Daniel Pataj got a free kick in the 70th minute. Simon Fedorík fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Pomajbo having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 83 minutes, Samo Szabó successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Podbiel fans cheered their team off the field, for while Miezgovce FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
