In the 6th match minute, Povoda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matúš Nickler to maneuver through the defense. 10 minutes into the match, Ivan Tóth notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Povoda's Marek Rottmaier. Marek Rottmaier was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ivan Tóth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Povoda booed when Zboj FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Hlinka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Viktor Krajíček, 20 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. A collision led to Zboj FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jozef Kuciak hit a great ball. Stanislav Zobor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Filip Bagin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dezider Ševčík, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Stanislav Zobor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Filip Bagin made a huge save. Marek Rottmaier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Mikolaj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zboj FC's goalkeeper Filip Bagin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Filip Bagin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dezider Ševčík, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Igor Novák kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Marek Rottmaier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduard Mikolaj in the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of Zboj FC booed when Povoda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Michal Klein didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 69th minute of the match Marek Ballon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marek Rottmaier skillfully saved the ball. Eduard Mikolaj received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Marek Rottmaier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Povoda's zone, Ivan Tóth stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marek Rottmaier came out of the goal and Ivan Tóth tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zboj FC's Eduard Mikolaj got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 78th minute, Stanislav Zobor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82ndth minute of the game Dezider Ševčík who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zboj FC's Filip Bagin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marek Rottmaier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ivan Tóth in the 91st minute. Ivan Tóth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
