In the 16th match minute, OFK Mokrý Háj was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Demčák to maneuver through the defense. Tomáš Ignátko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 18 played minutes OFK Mokrý Háj got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Demčák. Tomáš Ignátko was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 22nd minute. Ploštín United 95's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 30th minute, Urban Puškár got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of OFK Mokrý Háj booed when Ploštín United 95 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Lackovič didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urban Puškár received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Matúš Malý tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 40thth minute of the game Ján Šramko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ploštín United 95's Matúš Malý was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 45 minutes, Ivan Nemešány mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OFK Mokrý Háj and the Ploštín United 95 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ivan Nemešány hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After 46 played minutes Ploštín United 95 got a freekick which was hit by Richard Hodža.

The wind increased when Richard Hodža made the kick off in the second half. Tomáš Ignátko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Richard Hodža put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ján Oravec. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tomáš Klein during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute, Tomáš Klein hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ján Šramko got free with Matúš Malý in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Urban Puškár received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Matúš Malý tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomáš Ignátko's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ján Oravec read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, OFK Mokrý Háj's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Hodža came free, but Ján Oravec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to OFK Mokrý Háj getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ivan Demčák hit a great ball. If Tomáš Ignátko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard Hodža fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ján Oravec having to interfere. After 85 played minutes OFK Mokrý Háj got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Nemešány. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomáš Ignátko in the 92nd minute of play forced OFK Mokrý Háj's goalkeeper Ján Oravec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in OFK Mokrý Háj's zone, Richard Hodža stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ján Oravec came out of the goal and Richard Hodža tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
