After a rather tough play, VANDRACI's Gabriel Jastrab got a free kick in the 5th minute. Dávid Púčik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Róbert Janič fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FK Ružinov's protests and gave Róbert Janič a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dávid Púčik in the 16th minute of play forced VANDRACI's goalkeeper Matúš Šuraba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stano Andrejkovič was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 16 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of VANDRACI:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of FK Ružinov:s goal. In the 18th minute there was a penalty for FK Ružinov. Dávid Púčik stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Matúš Šuraba. 0-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in VANDRACI fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 21st minute. Penalty! When FK Ružinov's Gabriel Najmík in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Matúš Šuraba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dávid Púčik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dávid Púčik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matúš Šuraba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matej Híreš in the 45th minute of play. Matúš Šuraba didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dávid Púčik went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Jozef Ursíny made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rdth minute of the game Gabriel Najmík who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but VANDRACI's Matúš Šuraba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 62 minutes into the match, FK Ružinov's goal looked a bit too open when Jozef Ursíny came free, but Marek Ižold reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dávid Púčik came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Matúš Šuraba could save by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Najmík in the 72nd minute of play forced VANDRACI's goalkeeper Matúš Šuraba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. VANDRACI's Matúš Šuraba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Najmík in the 88th minute of play. After 89 minutes of play, FK Ružinov's Dávid Púčik made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matúš Šuraba was left in no man's land by his defense there! When FK Ružinov's Gabriel Najmík in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye VANDRACI's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in VANDRACI's zone, Róbert Janič stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matúš Šuraba came out of the goal and Róbert Janič tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
