Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Michal Suško made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Najmík in the 7th minute of play forced Smilno's goalkeeper Stano Labaj to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stano Labaj didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 9th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Ivan Rafaj fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Ižold having to interfere. After 14 minutes of play, Smilno's Michal Suško made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marek Ižold was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Dávid Púčik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dávid Púčik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 1-2 became the score in the 24th minute when Michal Suško elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Smilno getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ivan Rafaj hit a great ball. When Dávid Púčik came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the FK Ružinov fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dávid Púčik couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute Gabriel Najmík shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stano Labaj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Najmík blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stano Labaj having to make a save. Smilno's Stano Labaj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matej Híreš in the 37th minute of play. Stano Labaj was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Zdeno Pollák. With his leg Stano Labaj managed to avoid a goal in the 43rdth minute, when FK Ružinov's Gabriel Najmík fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Gabriel Najmík sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gabriel Najmík received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stano Labaj came out and tried to block the shot, but Gabriel Najmík slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 48th minute. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Najmík was the one to do the kick off. Dávid Púčik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Stano Labaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stano Labaj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriel Najmík's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. After 61 played minutes, FK Ružinov's Zdeno Pollák shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stano Labaj came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FK Ružinov reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Gabriel Najmík managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK Ružinov's supporters rose to their feet, but Gabriel Najmík was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stano Labaj breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Dávid Púčik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stano Labaj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gabriel Najmík in the 69th minute of the match. Ivan Rafaj succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-3 in the 72nd playminute. Dávid Púčik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stano Labaj having to interfere. Gabriel Najmík received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Stano Labaj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Gabriel Najmík ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stano Labaj was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-3. Stano Labaj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dávid Púčik in the 90th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gabriel Najmík in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stano Labaj prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FK Ružinov's attack was well implemented in the 97th minute, but when Gabriel Najmík was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. FK Ružinov were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
