With a little luck, FK Slovan Duslo Šaľa's Miroslav Lauber got control of the ball when Stano Vanek tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stano Vaneks short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Miroslav Lauber to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Miroslav Lauber made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Stano Vanek sent off a good shot on target. 18 minutes into the match, FK Slovan Duslo Šaľa's goalkeeper Miroslav Lauber had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stano Vanek. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stano Vanek got free with Miroslav Lauber in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee ignored Ost-Red-Ky's protests and gave Marek Dudáš a yellow card for diving instead. Gabriel Konrád fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miroslav Lauber having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stano Vanek to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Ost-Red-Ky's Ivan Demo got a free kick in the 52nd minute. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Stano Vanek sped through FK Slovan Duslo Šaľa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Miroslav Lauber. Miroslav Lauber showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Konrád, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 61 minutes, Stano Vanek made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. FK Slovan Duslo Šaľa's Miroslav Lauber tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Miroslav Lauber tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ivan Demo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ján Klimek kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. 86 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Ost-Red-Ky's Stano Vanek fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high.
