Spectators: 7899 (Terracing: 5900, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eugen Poláček kicked off to start the match. Ľubomír Gazdík didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Michal Paškál went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Mšk Iskra Petržalka getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Michal Paškál hit a great ball. Róbert Varjan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Milan Sabolovič received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Filip Vičík tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Juraj Oravec came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the FC Barcelona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juraj Oravec couldn't finish the play. Ľubomír Gazdík came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Mšk Iskra Petržalka's Eugen Poláček. But to his dismay, Eugen Poláček quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 22 minutes, Juraj Oravec mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Barcelona and the Mšk Iskra Petržalka players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Mšk Iskra Petržalka booed when FC Barcelona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juraj Oravec didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michal Paškál sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 38 minutes into the game, Eugen Poláček cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Ľubomír Gazdík was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eugen Poláček recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Milan Sabolovič to strike the kick off in the second half. Peter Dančiak hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Varjan in the 55th minute of play forced Mšk Iskra Petržalka's goalkeeper Filip Vičík to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mšk Iskra Petržalka's Filip Vičík played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Milan Sabolovič in the 60th minute of play. Róbert Varjan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Michal Paškál in the 68thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ľubomír Gazdík, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Filip Vičík showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Róbert Varjan in the 74th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, FC Barcelona's Róbert Varjan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Filip Vičík narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Róbert Varjan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filip Vičík having to interfere. Mšk Iskra Petržalka's Filip Vičík played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Varjan in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mšk Iskra Petržalka had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
