The referee felt a red card was in order, 2 minutes into the game, when Tomáš Galvánek put in a rough tackle. After a defensive mix-up in FC Teplička's zone, Peter Korn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tibor Petro came out of the goal and Peter Korn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miloš Kohn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Tibor Petro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 10 played minutes FC Teplička got a freekick which was hit by Marián Pekarík. Marek Ižvolt charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marek Ižvolt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Dedinka FC's zone, Stanislav Pechočiak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ján Hodža came out of the goal and Stanislav Pechočiak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 31 minutes of play, Dedinka FC's Gregor Trulík made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tibor Petro was left in no man's land by his defense there! FC Teplička's Tibor Petro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miloš Kohn in the 35th minute of play. Miloš Kohn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Tibor Petro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miloš Kohn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibor Petro having to interfere. If Klement Seman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Ladislav Ruda made the kick off in the second half. Miloš Kohn came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Tibor Petro could save by the left post. When Stanislav Breza fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dedinka FC's protests and gave Stanislav Breza a yellow card for diving instead. Stanislav Breza kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Miloš Kohn kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Marián Pekarík hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, FC Teplička's goalkeeper Tibor Petro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miloš Kohn. 68 minutes into the match, Dedinka FC's Miloš Kohn sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tibor Petro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Gregor Trulík got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Marián Pekarík was shown his second yellow card after 74 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Marián Pekarík hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Miloš Kohn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tibor Petro having to interfere. A collision led to FC Teplička getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Ľubomír Vrabec hit a great ball. FC Teplička's Tibor Petro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save FC Teplička from getting a goal against them. Tibor Petro was a little too slow when Gregor Trulík got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 1-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanislav Breza in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tibor Petro saved FC Teplička from getting behind. Miloš Kohn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Tibor Petro made a huge save. Stanislav Breza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Miloš Kohn who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Tibor Petro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, FC Teplička's Ľubomír Vrabec got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Dedinka FC played a much better game than FC Teplička and deserved their victory. The FC Teplička players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
