Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ján Ďurica started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Levare FK getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Ivo Kľučka hit a great ball. Ľubomír Kazár came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Levare FK's Ján Ďurica. But to his dismay, Ján Ďurica quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, FC Rafajovce's goal looked a bit too open when Ján Ďurica came free, but Ľubomír Kazár reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Marián Gergeľ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ľubomír Kazár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Kopčaj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Stanislav Lenický got free with Daniel Šuraba in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 30th minute Erik Kopčaj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ľubomír Kazár saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Marián Gergeľ got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Stanislav Lenický notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Levare FK's Daniel Šuraba. Daniel Šuraba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Šuraba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislav Lenický, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Oskar Jamnický fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Daniel Šuraba, passed just outside the right post. Stanislav Lenický received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Daniel Šuraba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stanislav Lenický to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stanislav Lenický in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniel Šuraba saved Levare FK from getting behind. 57 minutes into the match, Stanislav Lenický had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Šuraba. Levare FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Stanislav Lenický was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Daniel Šuraba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stanislav Lenický's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 66th minute Ján Ďurica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ľubomír Kazár saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Erik Kopčaj could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Ľubomír Kazár however easily saved by the left post. Daniel Šuraba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanislav Lenický, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Poniger's late challenge caught a FC Rafajovce's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richard Poniger helped the player get up and apologised. Ľubomír Kazár took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ján Ďurica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Levare FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivan Gogoľ in the 79th minute. Ľubomír Kazár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ján Ďurica in the 80th minute of play. FC Rafajovce's Stanislav Lenický got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, FC Rafajovce's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Kľučka came free, but Ľubomír Kazár reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stanislav Lenický sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Levare FK's Ján Ďurica slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ľubomír Kazár. That made the score 3-3 after 93 minutes of play.
