If Oskar Kundrát had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matúš Beck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ivan Kukan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oskar Kundrát, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Bardejov Bebe's supporters rose to their feet, but Matúš Beck was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivan Kukan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zdeno Korachs short, quick shot in the 40thth minute got Erik Briestenský to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 42 minutes into the match, Baghdad Bruins's goal looked a bit too open when Oskar Kundrát came free, but Ivan Kukan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanislav Strela during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ivan Kukan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oskar Kundrát, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute Miroslav Rezeš shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erik Briestenský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 93rd minute Oskar Kundrát shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Kukan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
