The referee ignored FC NITRA's protests and gave Jozef Friedmann a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Lascov booed when FC NITRA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jozef Friedmann didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lascov! The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The FC NITRA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Lascov had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
