In the 8th minute Matej Bezák shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomáš Jurkemik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Vladimír Cigáň's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomáš Jurkemik was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. After 34 minutes, Michal Orosz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vojka FC and the Sporting Club Kanguru players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomáš Jurkemik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matej Bezák to make the kick off. Tomáš Jurkemik had in the 72ndth minute some difficulties stopping Matúš Paliesek's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Matej Bezák's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomáš Jurkemik read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. In the 77th minute Sporting Club Kanguru were awarded a corner. Matúš Paliesek went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Miloš Húska heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Tomáš Jurkemik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladimír Cigáň in the 83rd minute. In the 85thth minute of the game Matej Bezák who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vojka FC's Tomáš Jurkemik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 89 minutes, Stanislav Vittek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Club Kanguru and the Vojka FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Matej Bezák managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Club Kanguru's supporters rose to their feet, but Matej Bezák was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomáš Jurkemik breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sporting Club Kanguru played a much better game than Vojka FC and deserved their victory. The Vojka FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
