Karol Mikúš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 7 minutes, Mojmír Pechočiak mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 1 FC Tatran Prešov and the Plavnica players grew even worse after the yellow card. 10 minutes into the match, 1 FC Tatran Prešov's goal looked a bit too open when Gustáv Kyjanský came free, but Filip Kohútik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Plavnica's Gustáv Kyjanský in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 1 FC Tatran Prešov's goalie prevented a goal. Miloš Hudec kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 1 FC Tatran Prešov's Filip Kohútik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomáš Kanálik in the 20th minute of play. Gustáv Kyjanský struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Filip Kohútik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Plavnica. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Gustáv Kyjanský sped through 1 FC Tatran Prešov's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Filip Kohútik. After a defensive mix-up in 1 FC Tatran Prešov's zone, Antón Blažek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filip Kohútik came out of the goal and Antón Blažek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Plavnica's Antón Blažek got a free kick in the 32nd minute. When Matej Jarkovský came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the 1 FC Tatran Prešov fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matej Jarkovský couldn't finish the play. In the 35th match minute, Plavnica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomáš Kanálik to maneuver through the defense. Matej Jarkovský recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jozef Bega made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Viktor Pažický in the 44th minute of play. Gustáv Kyjanský received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Filip Kohútik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The 1 FC Tatran Prešov players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Plavnica were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Matej Jarkovský made a kick off. Tomáš Kanálik came free with the goalkeeper in the 53rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Filip Kohútik could save by the left post. After a rather tough play, Plavnica's Gustáv Kyjanský got a free kick in the 56th minute. Filip Kohútik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustáv Kyjanský, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. 1 FC Tatran Prešov's Filip Kohútik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save 1 FC Tatran Prešov from getting a goal against them. 63 minutes into the match, 1 FC Tatran Prešov's goalkeeper Filip Kohútik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomáš Kanálik. In the 64th play minute Tomáš Kanálik came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Filip Kohútik. 0-3. Filip Kohútik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustáv Kyjanský in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute Gustáv Kyjanský shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Kohútik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1 FC Tatran Prešov's Filip Kohútik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustáv Kyjanský in the 72nd minute of play. Filip Kohútik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustáv Kyjanský in the 74th minute of play. Filip Kohútik didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomáš Kanálik went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Antón Blažek hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Gustáv Kyjanský recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to 1 FC Tatran Prešov getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Marek Koceľa hit a great ball. Filip Kohútik made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Tomáš Kanálik sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Mikúš in the 95th minute of play forced Plavnica's goalkeeper Jozef Bega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Plavnica's goal looked a bit too open when Karol Mikúš came free, but Jozef Bega reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
