After a rather tough play, FC Inter Príbovce's Jozef Harmanec got a free kick in the 2nd minute. After having played for 5 minutes, Erik Semenník managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Inter Príbovce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Semenník was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Semenník in the 9th minute of play forced ŠK ŠTART Medzilaborce's goalkeeper Ľubomír Piruch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard shot 12 in the game by Jergus Seman from a close distance when the talented Viktor Cais managed to make a qualified save. FC Inter Príbovce's players were relieved. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Jergus Seman managed to get in a good position for a shot. ŠK ŠTART Medzilaborce's supporters rose to their feet, but Jergus Seman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Viktor Cais breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dušan Prídavok fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ľubomír Piruch having to interfere. Matej Kavecký recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 33rd minute, Matej Kavecký left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ŠK ŠTART Medzilaborce fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 36th minute, Martin Fedorík hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rdth minute of the game Jergus Seman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Inter Príbovce's Viktor Cais was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Dušan Prídavok made the kick off in the second half. Viktor Cais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jergus Seman, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Jergus Seman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 58th minute, Matej Kavecký got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jergus Seman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to ŠK ŠTART Medzilaborce getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Martin Štovčík hit a great ball. Viktor Cais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jergus Seman in the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Matej Kavecký shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Viktor Cais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 90 minutes, Jergus Seman made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Inter Príbovce's Viktor Cais tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Jergus Seman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Viktor Cais was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. When the referee ended the match the ŠK ŠTART Medzilaborce players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
