Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Matej Meluš kicked off to start the match. Cigla's Erik Puškár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Róbert Šťastný in the 4th minute of play. In the 4th match minute, Cigla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dušan Salák to maneuver through the defense. If Juraj Petluš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Róbert Šťastný in the 7th minute of play forced Cigla's goalkeeper Erik Puškár to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Erik Puškár showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrej Trnka, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Marek Pavlovič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laco Laučík having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Róbert Šťastný in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erik Puškár prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the match, Cigla's Marek Pavlovič sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laco Laučík narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Dalibor Ďurka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Róbert Šťastný in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Erik Puškár saved Cigla from getting behind. Daniel Križan kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. If Dušan Salák had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Róbert Šťastný made a kick off. 57 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cigla's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dušan Tiso was slow to take the kick. During this time Severide SB's players had a chance to rest. Marek Pavlovič fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laco Laučík having to interfere. Laco Laučík made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matej Meluš in the 61st minute of play. Laco Laučík came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Cigla's Matej Meluš. But to his dismay, Matej Meluš quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Laco Laučík didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matej Meluš went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Severide SB's Laco Laučík played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matej Meluš in the 77th minute of play. Róbert Šťastný fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik Puškár having to interfere. Marek Pavlovič recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Marek Pavlovič had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Laco Laučík showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matej Meluš in the 91st minute of the match. Erik Puškár made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbert Šťastný in the 93rd minute of play. Viktor Pavliš kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Severide SB players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cigla.
