In the 4th match minute, FK Liptovský Mikuláš was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Branislav Klirčík to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 5 minutes, Matúš Maršálek successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Antón Gombuš could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Matúš Maršálek made a huge save. Matúš Maršálek came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC ČOV Svätý Jur's Antón Gombuš. But to his dismay, Antón Gombuš quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Matúš Kmiť made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bohdan Vašáry in the 26th minute of play. Albert Riška fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matúš Kmiť having to interfere. Ivan Jurák received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Matúš Kmiť tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC ČOV Svätý Jur's zone, Albert Riška stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matúš Kmiť came out of the goal and Albert Riška tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the match, FC ČOV Svätý Jur's goal looked a bit too open when Bohdan Vašáry came free, but Matúš Kmiť reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bohdan Vašáry sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FK Liptovský Mikuláš's Matúš Maršálek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save FK Liptovský Mikuláš from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Matúš Kudrnatý stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Matúš Maršálek didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Matúš Kudrnatý went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute Matúš Kudrnatý shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matúš Maršálek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matúš Maršálek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antón Gombuš in the 62nd minute of the match. Bohdan Vašáry recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marek Šajna in the 67th minute of play forced FK Liptovský Mikuláš's goalkeeper Matúš Maršálek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mário Šuraba kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Matúš Maršálek showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antón Gombuš in the 75th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Antón Gombuš cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Matúš Maršálek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FK Liptovský Mikuláš's Matúš Maršálek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marek Šajna in the 85th minute of play.
