Marek Pivko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matúš Kmiť having to interfere. Marek Pivko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, FC ČOV Svätý Jur's Tomáš Hošták got a free kick in the 8th minute. When Cerovo FK's Marek Pivko in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC ČOV Svätý Jur's goalie prevented a goal. Antón Gombuš fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Mašša having to interfere. The supporters of Cerovo FK booed when FC ČOV Svätý Jur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. René Kostelník didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antón Gombuš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Marek Pivko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Jergus Bodnár had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matúš Kmiť came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Cerovo FK's Jergus Bodnár. But to his dismay, Jergus Bodnár quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Matúš Kmiť didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marek Pivko went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 41 minutes into the game, Jergus Bodnár cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Matúš Kmiť was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jergus Bodnár received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Matúš Kmiť tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matúš Kudrnatý to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in FC ČOV Svätý Jur's zone, Marek Pivko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matúš Kmiť came out of the goal and Marek Pivko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jergus Bodnár fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matúš Kmiť having to interfere. The nice shot from Marek Pivko in the 56thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Matúš Kmiť had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Marek Pivko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Matúš Kmiť made a huge save. After 62 minutes of play, Cerovo FK's Marek Pivko made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matúš Kmiť was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute, Cerovo FK's Ján Orenič ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matúš Kmiť. Matúš Kmiť yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. 70 minutes into the match, FC ČOV Svätý Jur's goalkeeper Matúš Kmiť had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marek Pivko. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Jergus Bodnár managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cerovo FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Jergus Bodnár was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matúš Kmiť breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Emil Mašša made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matúš Kudrnatý in the 78th minute of play. In the 80th minute of the match, Jergus Bodnár tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matúš Kmiť saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kristián Kulíšek's late challenge caught a Cerovo FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kristián Kulíšek helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC ČOV Svätý Jur's Kristián Kulíšek got a free kick in the 82nd minute. The audience cheered loudly when Miroslav Ďurica's long shot in the 83rd minute became 0-6 when the ball went to the left of and passed Matúš Kmiť. Marek Šajna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cerovo FK played a much better game than FC ČOV Svätý Jur and deserved their victory. The FC ČOV Svätý Jur players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
