The referee ignored FC ČOV Svätý Jur's protests and gave Mário Šuraba a yellow card for diving instead. Mário Šuraba kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

FC ČOV Svätý Jur's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fk Levice the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC ČOV Svätý Jur's Vladimír Fico got a free kick in the 70th minute. If Matúš Kudrnatý had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Gabriel Seman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matúš Kudrnatý in the 80th minute of play. Gabriel Seman came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by FC ČOV Svätý Jur's Antón Gombuš. But to his dismay, Antón Gombuš quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Matúš Kmiť made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juraj Franko in the 87th minute of play. Matúš Kudrnatý sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norberd Žilinovský struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Matúš Kmiť didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fk Levice. If Juraj Franko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC ČOV Svätý Jur's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
