Sazdice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Oto Stupala got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oto Stupala got free with Dušan Kúdelka in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute, Marek Bačík hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Sazdice booed when Hoste FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrej Kapráľ didn't get a good kick on the ball. Matej Konkoly struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Dušan Kúdelka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sazdice. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matúš Vajanský during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, Hoste FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Oto Stupala fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Sazdice booed when Hoste FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrej Kapráľ didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Sazdice players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hoste FK were winning 0-1.

If Eugen Medveď had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th match minute, Sazdice was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrej Habanec to maneuver through the defense. Matúš Demjanovič hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Jozef Hemerka from long distance, 57 minutes into the match, got Tomáš Hečko's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 58 minutes into the match, Hoste FK's goal looked a bit too open when Matúš Demjanovič came free, but Dušan Kúdelka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Sazdice fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Sazdice's Oto Stupala looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Oto Stupala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Matej Konkoly had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 minutes of play, Sazdice's Oto Stupala made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dušan Kúdelka was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 75th minute, Eugen Medveď hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dušan Kúdelka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matej Konkoly in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Hoste FK's Jozef Hemerka got a free kick in the 80th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matej Konkoly in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dušan Kúdelka prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sazdice's Tomáš Hečko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugen Medveď in the 94th minute of play. Sazdice's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
