Ľubomír Rendľa was extremely unlucky when he, in the 6th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Stano Čerňan came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by Bogliarka's René Hargaš. But to his dismay, René Hargaš quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Michal Quallich's late challenge caught a Bogliarka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Michal Quallich helped the player get up and apologised. Ľubomír Rendľa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stano Čerňan having to interfere. If René Hargaš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ľubomír Rendľa in the 37th minute of play forced FK 1952's goalkeeper Stano Čerňan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stano Čerňan made an important save on a dangerous shot by René Hargaš in the 41st minute. After having played for 46 minutes, René Hargaš managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bogliarka's supporters crossed their fingers, but René Hargaš was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ľubomír Rendľa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Viliam Chovan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bogliarka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viliam Chovan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stano Čerňan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from René Hargaš, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Stano Čerňan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ľubomír Rendľa in the 56th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ľubomír Rendľa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stano Čerňan was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. René Hargaš recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If René Hargaš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 68 minutes, René Hargaš managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bogliarka's supporters crossed their fingers, but René Hargaš was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. René Hargaš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. René Hargaš received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Stano Čerňan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stano Čerňan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from René Hargaš in the 76th minute of the match. The supporters of Bogliarka booed when FK 1952 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adam Burgeľa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Šedivý took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Stano Čerňan. FK 1952's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Viliam Stupala during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gabriel Šedivý hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. René Hargaš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Eugen Gerbóc managed to get in a good position for a shot. FK 1952's supporters rose to their feet, but Eugen Gerbóc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartolomej Reštei breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bogliarka fully deserved thier win.
