Spectators: 6938 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1938, VIP seats: 0) Petar Drotar started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Gabriel Smolík came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the 1.FC Petrzalka fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gabriel Smolík couldn't finish the play. In the 8th match minute, Vyhne FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Jurik to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, 1.FC Petrzalka's Václav Hollý got a free kick in the 9th minute. 12 minutes into the match, Alexandru Popârcea notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Vyhne FK's Emil Siago. Emil Siago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zigmund Pichonsky recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emil Petrov during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 18 played minutes 1.FC Petrzalka got a freekick which was hit by Emil Petrov. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Petar Drotar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vyhne FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Petar Drotar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filip Voitiş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 29 minutes into the game, Vyhne FK's Normunds Dikacz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filip Voitiş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Nils-Emil Vollander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Siago having to interfere. After having played for 47 minutes, Nils-Emil Vollander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 1.FC Petrzalka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nils-Emil Vollander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel Smolík was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of Vyhne FK booed when 1.FC Petrzalka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Erik Lindsten didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute, Alexandru Popârcea made a precise shot to the right of Emil Siago. Vyhne FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. In the 64th minute Petar Drotar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Voitiş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dezider Ovčiar's late challenge caught a Vyhne FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dezider Ovčiar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Vyhne FK booed when 1.FC Petrzalka was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 70th minute Petar Drotar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filip Voitiş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Nils-Emil Vollander recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emil Siago. Nils-Emil Vollander showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. After a rather tough play, 1.FC Petrzalka's Václav Hollý got a free kick in the 81st minute. Vyhne FK's Emil Siago proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Vyhne FK from getting a goal against them. Zigmund Pichonsky charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zigmund Pichonsky the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
