Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hranovnica's Oliver Jasovský started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 2 played minutes Hranovnica got a freekick which was hit by Viktor Hreha. When Marián Horňák came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Dechtice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marián Horňák couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes into the game, Miloš Maška was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dechtice's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hranovnica the free kick. Miloš Maška hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Jozef Pramuk struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Jozef Salák didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hranovnica. A collision led to Hranovnica getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Viktor Hreha hit a great ball. Hranovnica's Matej Čambor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marián Horňák in the 25th minute of play. Dechtice's Jozef Salák proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Dechtice from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Dechtice's Jozef Salák got control of the ball when Juraj Cykala tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Marián Horňák had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matej Čambor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marián Horňák, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Tibor Masaryk kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marián Horňák in the 41st minute of play forced Hranovnica's goalkeeper Matej Čambor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st match minute, Hranovnica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jozef Pramuk to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 45 minutes, Marek Pencák managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dechtice's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marek Pencák was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Marek Pencák fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matej Čambor having to interfere. Marián Horňák recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute, Oliver Jasovský left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hranovnica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Tibor Masaryk's late challenge caught a Hranovnica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tibor Masaryk helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st minute, Tibor Masaryk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juraj Cykala in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jozef Salák prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hranovnica's goalkeeper Matej Čambor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 79 played minutes Dechtice got a freekick which was hit by Tibor Pecha. In the 80th minute of the match Maroš Rospopa shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jozef Salák showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marián Horňák fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matej Čambor having to interfere. Marián Horňák scored 1-1 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matej Čambor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. During the 90th minute of the match Tibor Masaryk completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tibor Masaryk a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Dechtice getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Tibor Masaryk hit a great ball. Juraj Cykala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 95th minute Oliver Jasovský shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jozef Salák saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 97 minutes of play, Hranovnica's Juraj Cykala made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jozef Salák was left in no man's land by his defense there! Hranovnica's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
