That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. If Štefan Huna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Štefan Huna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Juraj Cykala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pavol Stanislav took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Jasovský, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matej Vittek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Matej Čambor made a huge save. In the 26th minute, Harmanec FK's Štefan Huna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. If Štefan Huna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Harmanec FK's goal looked a bit too open when Juraj Cykala came free, but Pavol Stanislav reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juraj Cykala blasted a shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pavol Stanislav having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oliver Jasovský in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pavol Stanislav prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 46 minutes into the game, Ján Kupčo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Harmanec FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hranovnica the free kick. After a rather tough play, Harmanec FK's Ján Kupčo got a free kick in the 46th minute. After some careless play in the Harmanec FK defense, Oliver Jasovský kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pavol Stanislav. The Harmanec FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pavol Stanislav should have stopped the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Oliver Jasovský made a kick off. Harmanec FK's Pavol Stanislav played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oliver Jasovský in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 59 minutes, Matej Vittek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Harmanec FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matej Vittek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Štefan Huna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Štefan Huna in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matej Čambor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Matej Vittek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matej Čambor having to interfere. In the 67th match minute, Hranovnica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jozef Pramuk to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute, Štefan Huna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Oliver Jasovský came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Hranovnica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oliver Jasovský couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute, Ivan Ďurčanský hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Juraj Cykala had several of the Harmanec FK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 93 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-3 score and a disappointed Pavol Stanislav as he didn't even see the shot coming. Róbert Henžeľ kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Hranovnica's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
