FK Púchov's supporters rose to their feet, but Piotr Rydz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radoslav Maliniak breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 79 minutes into the game, Piotr Rydz lined in a short shot 0-9 behind a frustrated Radoslav Maliniak. The supporters of Valaliky FC booed when FK Púchov was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marián Kundráčik didn't get a good kick on the ball. Piotr Rydz might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Radoslav Maliniak. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 92nd minute of the match Gabriel Tomčej sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Radoslav Maliniak skillfully saved the ball. With his leg Radoslav Maliniak managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when FK Púchov's Piotr Rydz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Piotr Rydz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FK Púchov's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
