Radoslav Zobor came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by UFC Pivnica's Stanislav Záruba. But to his dismay, Stanislav Záruba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. A collision led to FC DAC 1904 getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Vladislav Kuba hit a great ball. If Pavol Rybnický had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC DAC 1904's Radoslav Zobor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save FC DAC 1904 from getting a goal against them. Pavol Rybnický fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslav Zobor having to interfere. In the 16th minute Pavol Rybnický shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslav Zobor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC DAC 1904's Radoslav Zobor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save FC DAC 1904 from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, FC DAC 1904's Radoslav Zobor got control of the ball when Ľubomír Smatana tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 24th minute Boris Fándly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radoslav Zobor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Juli Alvarez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ladislav Lomnický. UFC Pivnica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juli Alvarez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ľubomír Smatana got free with Radoslav Zobor in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute, Ctibor Sepeši hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislav Záruba in the 38th minute of play forced FC DAC 1904's goalkeeper Radoslav Zobor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to UFC Pivnica getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Maroš Baránek hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in UFC Pivnica's zone, Juli Alvarez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ladislav Lomnický came out of the goal and Juli Alvarez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juli Alvarez to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, UFC Pivnica's goalkeeper Ladislav Lomnický had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vladislav Kuba. Boris Fándly received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Radoslav Zobor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Ľubomír Smatana made a precise shot to the right of Radoslav Zobor. FC DAC 1904's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 60 minutes into the match, UFC Pivnica's goal looked a bit too open when Ctibor Sepeši came free, but Ladislav Lomnický reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juli Alvarezs short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Ladislav Lomnický to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. FC DAC 1904's Radoslav Zobor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stanislav Záruba in the 66th minute of play. In the 67thth minute of the game Pavol Rybnický who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC DAC 1904's Radoslav Zobor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 71st minute, Pavol Rybnický ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Radoslav Zobor was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Ladislav Lomnický made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juli Alvarez in the 74th minute of play. Stanislav Záruba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Pavol Rybnický's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radoslav Zobor was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in FC DAC 1904's zone, Ľubomír Smatana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Radoslav Zobor came out of the goal and Ľubomír Smatana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to UFC Pivnica getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Ľubomír Smatana hit a great ball. Pavol Rybnický fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radoslav Zobor having to interfere. UFC Pivnica walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
