Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bengt-Arne Glad got the match started through his kick off. Kristián Slávik scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Róbert Jurčák, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 9 minutes into the match, Lada FK's goal looked a bit too open when Kristián Slávik came free, but Róbert Jurčák reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The MIK Focus ŽILINA fans' excitement grew in the 10th match minute when MIK Focus ŽILINA's Bengt-Arne Glad looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Róbert Jurčák came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by MIK Focus ŽILINA's Richard Kňazovický. But to his dismay, Richard Kňazovický quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 20 minutes into the game, MIK Focus ŽILINA's Kristián Slávik nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Róbert Jurčák made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarne Vloeberghs in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Róbert Jurčák saved Lada FK from getting behind. Róbert Jurčák showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarne Vloeberghs, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After some careless play in the Lada FK defense, Jeremy Olvera kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Róbert Jurčák. The Lada FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Róbert Jurčák should have stopped the shot. After having played for 32 minutes, Kristián Slávik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MIK Focus ŽILINA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristián Slávik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Róbert Jurčák made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richard Kňazovický in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35thth minute of the game Bengt-Arne Glad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lada FK's Róbert Jurčák was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Róbert Jurčák showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristián Slávik in the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristián Slávik in the 39th minute of play forced Lada FK's goalkeeper Róbert Jurčák to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Lada FK's Ján Lapač got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, Bengt-Arne Glad ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Róbert Jurčák was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

MIK Focus ŽILINA made a substitution. Sidnei Machado replaced Stancho Basarov. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tibor Čapo to strike the kick off in the second half. Róbert Jurčák came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by MIK Focus ŽILINA's Kristián Slávik. But to his dismay, Kristián Slávik quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. After 64th play minutes Bengt-Arne Glad shot 0-10, a short shot which went by Róbert Jurčák and just under the crossbar into goal. Jarne Vloeberghs took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Róbert Jurčák. Róbert Jurčák dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-11. MIK Focus ŽILINA made a substitution. Jozef Figura replaced Richard Kňazovický. MIK Focus ŽILINA's Ben Macrez was substituted for Kristián Slávik. 72 minutes into the match, Lada FK's goal looked a bit too open when Jarne Vloeberghs came free, but Róbert Jurčák reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When MIK Focus ŽILINA's Jarne Vloeberghs in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lada FK's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Bengt-Arne Glad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Róbert Jurčák was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. Ben Macrez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Bengt-Arne Glad dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Róbert Jurčák, 0-12. If Bengt-Arne Glad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Bengt-Arne Glad put it in 0-13 from a short distance just to the right of Róbert Jurčák. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jozef Figura in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Róbert Jurčák prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A hard shot 92 in the game by Bengt-Arne Glad from a close distance when the talented Róbert Jurčák managed to make a qualified save. Lada FK's players were relieved. Ben Macrez scored 0-14 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Róbert Jurčák, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Róbert Jurčák made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarne Vloeberghs in the 97th minute of play. The Lada FK fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. MIK Focus ŽILINA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
