The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. SHK Piestany's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Róbert Kollár in the 4th minute. Juraj Kaščák showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antón Lackovič, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With a little luck, FC Dudlo's Aparicio Pacheco got control of the ball when Daniel Paluška tried to sneak it across the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Aparicio Pacheco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, FC Dudlo's Soner Toktuğ got a free kick in the 30th minute. In the 39thth minute of the game Antón Lackovič who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SHK Piestany's Juraj Kaščák was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of FC Dudlo booed when SHK Piestany was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Róbert Kollár didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Dudlo's goalkeeper Aparicio Pacheco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arif Oğuz Boysel made a kick off. A collision led to SHK Piestany getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. FC Dudlo's Aparicio Pacheco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arif Oğuz Boysel in the 68th minute of play. Juraj Kaščák made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Codrin Şandru sent off a good shot on target. In the 73rd minute Arif Oğuz Boysel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aparicio Pacheco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aparicio Pacheco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Oğuz Boysel in the 74th minute of play. The corner led SHK Piestany's Róbert Kollár to fire away a dangerous shot which Aparicio Pacheco despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 80 minutes into the game, SHK Piestany's Daniel Paluška nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aparicio Pacheco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antón Lackovič got free with Juraj Kaščák in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 90 minutes into the match, SHK Piestany's goalkeeper Juraj Kaščák had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Antón Lackovič. 91 minutes into the game, Jan-Åke Lönn recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Juraj Kaščák. Jan-Åke Lönn showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Juraj Kaščák showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karim Guède, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. FC Dudlo played a much better game than SHK Piestany and deserved their victory. The SHK Piestany players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
