Spectators: 10793 (Terracing: 8096, Seating: 2482, VIP seats: 215) Daniel Mikla started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Daniel Mikla took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matej Bohuš. Matej Bohuš dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Matej Bohuš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pa-Dembo Bumbac, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. FC Smolenice's Matej Bohuš played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Mikla in the 9th minute of play. Matej Bohuš came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Daniel Kolár. But to his dismay, Daniel Kolár quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Doriva Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Well-Well O'Connell in the 14th minute of play. Pa-Dembo Bumbac recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 18 minutes into the match, FC Smolenice's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Kolár came free, but Matej Bohuš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Smolenice's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Martin Janko was slow to take the kick. During this time V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's corner Martin Janko fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Matej Bohuš quite easily take care of the ball. A collision led to V.K.DRINK Hermanovce getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Stano Štoch hit a great ball. A hard shot 27 in the game by Iván Sotomayor from a close distance when the talented Doriva Reis managed to make a qualified save. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's players were relieved. 31 minutes into the match, FC Smolenice's goal looked a bit too open when Pa-Dembo Bumbac came free, but Matej Bohuš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matej Bohuš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pa-Dembo Bumbac in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Mikla in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matej Bohuš prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pa-Dembo Bumbac blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Matej Bohuš having to make a save. In the 39th minute Daniel Mikla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matej Bohuš saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, FC Smolenice's goal looked a bit too open when Blažej Gogoľ came free, but Matej Bohuš reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Blažej Gogoľ got free in front of the goal in the 40th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Matej Bohuš was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. When Erik Króner came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the V.K.DRINK Hermanovce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Króner couldn't finish the play. The FC Smolenice players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Iván Sotomayor to strike the kick off in the second half. When V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's Daniel Mikla, in the 51st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for V.K.DRINK Hermanovce. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michal Pachl in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doriva Reis saved V.K.DRINK Hermanovce from getting behind. FC Smolenice's Michal Pachl managed to work through V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Michal Pachl dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Doriva Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iván Sotomayor in the 65th minute of play. Daniel Mikla received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Matej Bohuš came out and tried to block the shot, but Daniel Mikla slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 71st minute. After 74 minutes, Iván Sotomayor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Smolenice and the V.K.DRINK Hermanovce players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FC Smolenice's Iván Sotomayor got a free kick in the 74th minute. The supporters of V.K.DRINK Hermanovce booed when FC Smolenice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Ekelund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erik Króner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Matej Bohuš tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Mikla struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Matej Bohuš didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for V.K.DRINK Hermanovce. FC Smolenice made a substitution. Henrich Jánošík replaced Iván Sotomayor. Matej Bohuš showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Mikla in the 82nd minute of the match. After 83 played minutes FC Smolenice got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Lixandro. 84 minutes into the game, Pa-Dembo Bumbac recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matej Bohuš. Pa-Dembo Bumbac showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrich Jánošík in the 87th minute of play forced V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's goalkeeper Doriva Reis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doriva Reis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrich Jánošík in the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute of the match FC Smolenice got a corner. V.K.DRINK Hermanovce's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jonas Ekelund ran over to the corner to take the kick. FC Smolenice's Jonas Ekelund was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Doriva Reis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a little luck, FC Smolenice's Matej Bohuš got control of the ball when Pa-Dembo Bumbac tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matej Bohuš showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Mikla, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded V.K.DRINK Hermanovce left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC Smolenice.
