Spectators: 6797 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1797, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ugo Farkaš made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute, Admir Luštrik hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mika Žitnik scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rilind Gogala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Karim Gjerkeš recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Karim Gjerkeš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dornava ND's goalkeeper Rilind Gogala, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karim Gjerkeš recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mika Žitnik in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rilind Gogala prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rilind Gogala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Gjerkeš in the 24th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Dornava ND's goal looked a bit too open when Mika Žitnik came free, but Rilind Gogala reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentin Hostar scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rilind Gogala, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Karim Gjerkeš managed to get in a good position for a shot. Šampion Celje's supporters rose to their feet, but Karim Gjerkeš was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rilind Gogala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 42 minutes into the match, Mika Žitnik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rilind Gogala. Dornava ND's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mika Žitnik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. If Karim Gjerkeš had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mika Žitnik stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes, Šampion Celje's Hasib Erzar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rilind Gogala came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Šampion Celje reached it. After 60 minutes of play, Šampion Celje's Mika Žitnik made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rilind Gogala was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ugo Farkaš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zahir Markovič showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petko Keblič in the 69th minute of the match. Valentin Hostar kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After 76 played minutes, Dornava ND's Tadij Kobler shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zahir Markovič came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dornava ND reached it. In the 80th match minute, Dornava ND was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomi Bregar to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Mika Žitnik left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Šampion Celje fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Rilind Gogala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karim Gjerkeš in the 85th minute of play. A collision led to Šampion Celje getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Mika Žitnik hit a great ball. Šampion Celje's Zahir Markovič played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Admir Luštrik in the 95th minute of play. Šampion Celje played a much better game than Dornava ND and deserved their victory. The Dornava ND players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
